As Business Support Manager you will play a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day operation of D2 Rail runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Outstanding behaviours
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Experience in raising purchase orders and invoices
  • Highly desirable is knowledge of Sentinel, RISQS, and ISO systems and processes

The post reports into the Managing Director. Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • General management of offices (managing utilities, maintenance, equipment, etc)
  • Maintenance of asset registers
  • Booking travel, hotels, and training
  • Raising orders and invoices
  • Keeping approved supplier lists up to date
  • Maintenance of Sentinel system / documentation
  • Supporting maintenance and implementation of ISO
  • Maintenance of soft and hard copy filing systems
  • Ensuring H&S of the office (booking PAT testing, fire risk assessments, etc.)

  • Salary £28,000 – £30,000
