Our requirements engineers specialise in providing requirements management support to our clients on large multi-disciplinary complex projects.

Our role is to lead and deliver expertise on requirements management activities across various stages of the engineering lifecycle, bridging the gap between clients, key stakeholders, and the supply chain.

We provide bespoke support for every stage of the engineering lifecycle enabling risks to be minimised whilst maximising successful project outcomes.

We are looking for experienced Requirements Engineers who have or can demonstrate:

• Experience of writing, developing and implementing Requirement Management Plans
• Experience managing, controlling and administrating a DOORS database or similar requirements management tool
• Evidence of working with other systems engineers to ensure best practice in requirements management are adopted in creating a SMART and verifiable sets of requirements
• Experience in Acceptance / V&V within complex engineering projects
• Ability to initiate and build positive working relationships with customers, their teams, and partners, through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of working within Client / Supply Chain / Alliancing environments
• Ability to work proactively through complex issues
• Willing to challenge self and others to improve outcomes
• Technical qualifications to at least HNC level or equivalent in relevant engineering field.
• Membership of a relevant professional institution working towards IEng, CEng (e.g. IET, ICE, IMechE)
• Knowledge of railway engineering and operations preferrable
